The design features a graphic representation of the entwinement of the material world and the spiritual world, woven via ‘the endless knot’ encircling an image of Lud’s Green Chapel in the centre. The separated letters of the words By-Flete and Lustrum are tethered via crossing threads that mimic the action demonstrated in the corresponding film work By-Flete. Each bag comes with its own ‘Gawain’s Girdle’ - a key motif in The Green Knight pertaining to protection and concealment.

Each design featured the titles of the accompanying film chapter titles Y Bala, Moss Touch, Ear Shell and Dogwhistle, framed by representations of the silver vessels deployed in the corresponding performance.
